Songs here are generated from what customers write, and we block requests that name a real recording artist. If something still infringes your rights, tell us and we’ll act.

How to report

Email hello@personalizeasong.com with the subject “Takedown”. Include: the URL of the page, a description of the work or right you say is infringed, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

What we do

We aim to review within 3 business days. If the report is well-founded we disable the share link and remove the file, and we tell the customer why.

Counter-notice

If your song was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply with an explanation and your contact details. If the claim isn’t substantiated we’ll restore access.

Repeat infringement and impersonation

Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content are closed. Note that requests asking for a named artist’s voice or style are refused at input — the music model we use prohibits impersonating real artists, and so do we.
