Do I have to subscribe?
No. Single is a one-time payment for one song, with every file included. Subscriptions exist for people writing several songs a year, not as a way to charge you again.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time, from your dashboard, in one click. We also email you three days before each renewal so it never charges you by surprise.
Is the download really included?
Yes, in every plan — lossless WAV and MP3. We don’t charge separately for the file you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, yes. Re-record the song free first — that fixes most of it — and if you’re still unhappy, reply to your receipt email.
